• Utilize proprietary data systems and reporting tools to conduct data analysis, draw conclusions and provide a point of view to team members

  • Provide thought leadership on marketing decisions and strategies

  • Interpret and report promotions, product mix, sales, guest counts and profit results for client meetings

  • Prepare detailed post-promotional recaps

  • Provide scenarios, forecasting and break-even analysis for proposed promotions and marketing campaigns

  • Develop ongoing reporting to keep team informed of current trends

  • Responsible for presenting results and findings in a clear and concise manner while also fielding questions from clients

  • Create strong relationships with team members and clients

  • Communicate with staff and supervisors continuously on all client communication, projects and assignments


  • Marketing analytics experience

  • Ability to work well in a collaborative atmosphere

  • Must possess strong presentation and interpersonal skills

  • Must be a self-starter while possessing a curiosity and passion for numbers

  • Proficient in MS Excel, charting, graphs, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, PC and Mac

  • Statistics, Finance or Marketing major preferred

  • BA/BS required; MBA a plus
